What is the GUTS ticket market?
If other visitors aren't able to show up to the event, they can put their tickets up for resale on the GUTS ticket market. This is the secondary ticket market of GUTS. On the market you will find, per event, all the secondary tickets that are offered by others.
Where can I find the GUTS ticket market?
Each event has its own ticket market. You'll find the market through the regular shop of the event. As soon as a ticket type is sold out, a button with "check ticket market" will appear. If you click on "check ticket market" you will be forwarded to the ticket market where you are able to find the tickets offered by others.
If all the tickets of an event are sold out, a button to the ticket market will also be shown on top of the shop.
Here you can select and buy your unique ticket(s), just like in the regular shop.
You will receive a whole new ticket and the old ticket of the seller will be invalidated. This way you always have a safe and valid ticket.
Seated events and sitting together
Do you have tickets for a seated event and would you like to add another ticket (and sit together)? This is no problem if you buy this extra ticket on the ticket market 36 hours before the event is happening. If you buy a secondary ticket with the same phone number, in the same rank and section, your extra ticket will automatically be placed with the original order. You can also make two separate orders on the ticket market with the same number (in the same rank and section). This way you can buy one ticket from multiple people and still sit together.
