- Sharing via a QR code: You can scan a code from one phone to another. This QR code is not the same as the entrance QR code but only for sharing. You need to be physically together to share the tickets. Read more about it here.
- Sharing via link: You have a personal link in the app that you can share via WhatsApp/e-mail to make sure the other person can join your group. If the person opens this link he/she will see a screen saying you are sharing tickets with them and if they agree to his. Read more about that here.
For both options you need the latest GUTS Tickets app. You can download this in the
App- or Playstore. Log in the app and open the tickets by clicking on it. Underneath you will find a button to 'Invite a Friend'. Depending on the settings of the organizer you will find the QR code for physical sharing or a link.
When can I start sharing my tickets?
You can do this right after you bought the tickets and installed the app. You don't have to wait until the day of the event.
Can everyone in my group use the tickets?
Yes, everyone that is in the group has the same rights. Everyone can see the tickets, sell or use them. Only share the tickets with people you trust.
Can I join multiple groups for one event?
No, this is not possible. You can only be part of one group. You can invite other people that already have their own tickets. These tickets will also be added into your group.
What if a group member can not attend the event anymore?
You have two options:
Option 1: This person leaves the group and you can invite a new person. You (or we) can not delete someone. Always ask the person to leave your group.
Option 2: You can put this ticket up for sale.

How does sharing a livestream ticket work?
Most of the time, it's not possible to share a ticket for a livestream. If you share a ticket, someone next to you gets access to that ticket. For livestreams, tickets are always meant for just one household. Read more about that here.
