You have completed the queue, chose your tickets, logged in and you get the following message: "This order exceeds the maximum number of tickets."
Make sure you use the mobile number and e-mail address which you will use to buy your tickets. Your position in the queue is linked to your specific data. If you change the data after going through the queue, you can't buy tickets.
For example, if you made a typo in your phone number when entering the queue, and wrote the correct number when you log in, you will receive this message.
You will have to go through the queue again.
So please check the data you enter on (spelling) mistakes!
